Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address and password (stored securely and never shown in plain text).

Profile information: the name you provide during onboarding.

Study data: subject names, confidence ratings, exam dates (including any additional exam dates), exam topics and notes, previous term marks, number of tests, and your selected career field.

Preferences: your chosen career field, sessions per week, minutes per session, and the days you are available to study.

Subscription information: your current plan (Free or Pro) so we can apply the correct features and limits.

Feedback: the rating, category, and message you submit through the in-app feedback form.

Usage data: basic analytics about how you interact with the app, collected to improve the service.

We use your data for one purpose: generating a personalized, priority-based study schedule that fits your subjects, confidence levels, and exam timeline.

Specifically, your study data and preferences are used to calculate subject priorities, build your weekly timetable, and suggest subject-specific study tips. Your email is used for authentication and account recovery.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your study data and preferences are removed. We may retain limited usage data for up to 90 days for security and analytics, after which it is permanently deleted.

You: only you can view and edit your own subjects and preferences.

App administrators: OptiPeak administrators may access records to maintain the service and respond to support requests.

No one else: we do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Row-level security ensures one user can never see another user's data.

We use row-level security, encrypted authentication, and secure hosting to protect your data. However, no online service is 100% secure — you should keep your password confidential and use a strong, unique password.

You can view, edit, or delete your study data at any time within the app, and you can delete your account directly from the dashboard.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and there will be posts on our social media pages. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
