Terms of Service

OptiPeak is a study planning tool that generates personalised schedules based on the subjects, confidence levels, exam dates, and preferences you provide. It is designed to help you organize your study time and help you study more efficiently and effectively — it is not a tutor nor a substitute for your own judgment.

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, OptiPeak grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the app for your own personal, non-commercial study planning purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the app, nor reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract its source code or underlying logic, except to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may use the app only as intended and only for your own account.

This licence terminates automatically if you stop using the app or if we suspend or terminate your access in accordance with these Terms.

OptiPeak offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Pro+). The features available under each plan are described in the app. Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees through your chosen payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. The only exception is where a charge was made without your knowledge or authorisation: in that case, you may email OptiPeak support explaining the circumstances, and we will require verification from your bank before any refund is considered. This exception applies only if the request is filed within 14 days of the transaction. Refunds are issued solely at OptiPeak's discretion once the bank verification has been confirmed, and are otherwise not available, except where required by applicable law.

We may change our fees or introduce new charges with reasonable notice; any change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice. We may also modify the features included in any plan, and we will notify you of material changes as described in these Terms.

The app, its design, branding, logos, schedules, study tips, resources, and all related content are the intellectual property of OptiPeak and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by OptiPeak.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the app, such as your subjects, exam dates, and preferences. By using the app, you grant OptiPeak a limited licence to process that data as necessary to provide and improve the services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the app, you grant OptiPeak a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use and incorporate that feedback without any obligation to you.

OptiPeak does not guarantee any specific academic outcome, grade, or exam result. Using the app does not guarantee you will achieve a particular mark, pass an exam, or "get an A." Your academic performance depends on many factors beyond a study schedule, including your effort, understanding of the material, exam conditions, and circumstances outside our control.

The schedules, priority rankings, and study tips provided are suggestions only. You are responsible for deciding how to use them and for your own study approach.

The quality of your study schedule depends on the accuracy of the information you enter. You are responsible for providing correct subject names, exam dates, confidence ratings, and other details. OptiPeak is not liable for schedules generated from inaccurate or incomplete data.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or use the app for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any schedule will be suitable for your needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OptiPeak and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, lost marks, failed exams, missed deadlines, or any academic or career impact. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app at any time. We may also revise these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date and send communication via the WhatsApp channel when we make material changes.

You may cancel your account and delete your data at any time from your account settings. Account cancellation permanently removes your subjects, schedules, and preferences from the app.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any reason at our discretion.

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
